Condo: Our two bedroom / two bath condo is located in the La Perla Building (Coronado, CA.; approx. 9 miles from the San Diego Airport), which is the smallest & the highly desirable building in the Shores Complex with the most people that live there as their main residence. Our unit offers floor to ceiling windows with views of the San Diego Bay and downtown San Diego. In 2007, our kitchen & living area was upgraded and newly decorated. In Winter 2008, the bathrooms underwent a similar upgrade. Our condo is completely stocked with dishes, bedding, towels, games, books as well as San Diego maps / guides, etc. There is also a full size washer / dryer in the condo. There are two elevators plus rapid access to the beach via secure stairwells. We have one designated garage parking space.

There are 10 high rise buildings in the Coronado Shores complex, each with a doorman and video security. The complex includes eight tennis courts and for swimming pools/Jacuzzi. Gas barbecues and picnic tables are available for picnics by the sea. The clubhouse, literally at our back door, has a recreation area with regular events scheduled, a table tennis table, pool tables, big screen TV and a bar, with an outdoor veranda on the beach. A pavilion is available for private parties and special events. A fully equipped, staffed fitness center has Nautilus, weightlifting equipment and sauna/Jacuzzi. All facilities are available to tenants and guests at no charge.

This is a No Smoking unit. Pets under special circumstance (please inquire). Children are OK but our condo is not child-proofed and not suitable for toddlers due to extensive glass, etc.
